By accessing or using CapitalFlow (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

CapitalFlow provides white-label capital infrastructure, including AI-assisted funding analysis, lender matching tools, and partner workflows. We do not provide legal, tax, or lending advice. You are responsible for how you present offerings to your clients.

Features may change as we improve the platform. We will make reasonable efforts to notify account holders of material changes.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You must comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction when offering or facilitating capital solutions to clients.

Paid plans renew according to the pricing shown at signup unless cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Enterprise and embed arrangements may be governed by separate written agreements.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use information. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consents from your clients before submitting their data to the Service.

The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, CapitalFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
